- Sugar2 cup
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Apple3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Grease and dust a medium tray (23×35) with flour, or a mold with a hole in the middle. In a large bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Add the other dry ingredients. Reserve. Peel the apples, reserving the skins. Chop into cubes. Beat the eggs, oil and apple peels in a blender. Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently. Add the chopped apples, mix and pour into the baking dish. Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes in a medium oven. Once ready, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (optional)
