- blackberry2 cup
- Sugar300 ml
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Wash the blackberries well and mash them with a fork, then add them to a pan together with the sugar, the juice of half a lemon and the girl's finger pepper (without the seeds and minced)
- On medium heat, mix well and leave it there, covered, stirring occasionally.
- When you stir and the bottom of the pan starts to appear, turn it off so you don't run out of broth.( + or - 20 minutes)
- Let it cool down in a glass jar or your preference and then take it to the fridge.
- Let it rest for 12 hours to better taste it.
- Serve as you like, breads, toast, cookies, tapioca dice, etc.
