- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Butter and wheat for sprinkling the mold1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium temperature). Grease a springform pan (22 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour.
- In a mixer, add the eggs and sugar.
- Meanwhile, pass the dry ingredients through a sieve three times.
- After the 10 minutes, remove the bowl from the mixer and add the vanilla essence to the cream.
- Add the sifted ingredients to the cream and mix gently. Be careful not to over mix, as the dough can lose its lightness.
- Transfer the dough to the greased and infarinhada form and take it to the preheated oven. Let it bake for 20 minutes. To check if it's baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
