Preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium temperature). Grease a springform pan (22 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour.
In a mixer, add the eggs and sugar.
Meanwhile, pass the dry ingredients through a sieve three times.
After the 10 minutes, remove the bowl from the mixer and add the vanilla essence to the cream.
Add the sifted ingredients to the cream and mix gently. Be careful not to over mix, as the dough can lose its lightness.
Transfer the dough to the greased and infarinhada form and take it to the preheated oven. Let it bake for 20 minutes. To check if it's baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
