- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Semisweet Chocolate50 g
- Cocoa Powder1 dessert spoon
- Unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
- Granulated confectionery to taste
- Skewers10 unit(s)
- In a pan mix the condensed milk with the cream, chocolate, cocoa powder and butter.
- Take to the low fire to cook stirring constantly until it rolls up.
- Transfer the brigadeiro dough to a plate, let it cool and then take it to the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Grease your hands with butter, shape the balls and roll them in the sprinkles.
- Skewer the balls on the skewer and serve immediately.
