  • Bis2 unit(s)
  • Milk1 l
  • Corn starch4 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Gem2 unit(s)
  1. Before lighting the fire, dissolve the starch and the milk, the yolks, the condensed milk and the butter.
  2. Turn on the fire, low and stir until it boils and thickens, let it cook for about 7 minutes covered. Reserve.
  3. Chop the Bis (if you want you can leave some whole to decorate)
  4. In a form put the cookies and cream and go alternating until the middle of the form and put some of the bis and finish interspersing between biscuit and cream.
  5. Finish with the cream and decorate with the rest of the Bis. If you want, you can moisten the biscuit with a little milk. And I like to split cream in half and make half chocolate and half vanilla. Use your imagination however you want 😘.
