- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Milk600 ml
- Condensed Milk395 g
- Sour Cream400 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Chocolate Bar300 g
- Obo1 unit(s)
- Maizena Biscuit90 unit(s)
- FILLING: In a pan add the milk, and the corn starch and take it to the medium fire.
- Add the condensed milk, the egg, 400g of cream (2 boxes) and the vanilla essence. Mix until it boils and reaches the point of a porridge.
- Turn off the heat and set aside until cool.
- In a glass refractory, make a layer with the cookies, already wet in a small volume of milk. Then make a layer with the previously prepared cream. Alternate layers until the top is cream.
- COVERAGE: In a pan, add 200g (1 box) of cream and the chocolate bars. Stir until the chocolate melts.
- Cover the pavé with the melted chocolate and refrigerate for 3 hours, or until firm.
- Decorate however you like. SUGGESTIONS: Bis, Chocolate sprinkles, fruits.
