- Bring the condensed milk, the milk, the yolks and the already dissolved starch to the fire (it can be in a little water).
- Stir until it thickens, the secret is not to let it get too thick, because the cookies don't need to be wet.
- When it's kind of thick, put the grated coconut and leave it for another 5 minutes, turn it off.
- In a refractory, place a layer of stuffing, another of biscuit and when the layers complete the refractory.
- Place in the fridge until chilled.
