- Milk or semisweet chocolate eggshell50 g
- Can of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- Semisweet chocolate or 70% cocoa90 g
- Bis10 unit(s)
- Melt the semisweet chocolate (90g) in the microwave every 30 seconds until completely melted and add the cream, mix well until smooth and creamy
- Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Cut the bis into pieces and reserve.
- Place the ganache inside the chocolate egg shells filling to the top of each shell, finish with the bis pieces 🤤🍫🐇
- Tip: store in fridge 😉
