  • Chia seed1 tablespoon
  • Flaxseed flour (preferably ground to avoid bittering)1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the milk and the fruits in the mix or blender.
  2. Then add the chia seeds and flaxseeds, you will notice that the vitamin thickens more after adding the chia seeds with flaxseeds as they have a gelatinous function after being moistened.
  3. If you prefer more liquid the vitamin, add more milk. There is no need to sweeten because the fruits already do this function, but if you want more sweetness, add a natural sweetener or honey.
