  • Milk500 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Sieved yolk1 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence1/2 tablespoon
  • Strawberries1 to taste
  1. With the fire off, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and mix well.
  2. Add the condensed milk, cream and the sieved yolk. Mix and only then turn on the fire
  3. Cook over low heat non-stop for 10-15 minutes.
  4. When it starts to bubble, turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence.
  5. Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
  6. After the cream is very cold, serve in a container with strawberries and whipped cream (optional)
