- Milk125 ml
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Unflavored Gelatin Powder3 teaspoon

- Icing sugar50 g
- Beat the cream until it becomes whipped cream and take it to the fridge, after boiling the milk with the vanilla essence.
- Soften the gelatin with a little cold water.
- Mix the yolks with the sugar in a pan, add the hot milk and stir slowly with foue until the cream thickens and is about to boil.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the cream.
- Transfer the cream to a bowl in a cold water bath, cool the cream until it is at room temperature, add the whipped cream slowly and put it in a large pudding mold. Tip: you can serve it with red fruit jelly, passion fruit pulp or use it to make the Charlotte Russe pie.
