  • Corn for hominy500 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Condensed milk1.1/2 can(s)
  • coconut milk1 can(s)
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon stick4 unit(s)
  • Cloves to taste
  • Grated Coconut to taste
  1. Soak the hominy the night before (10 to 12 hours)
  2. Place the hominy with the sauce water in a pressure cooker. Add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and 2 liters of water and let it cook under pressure for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. After the pressure comes off, add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut. Leave on low heat for another 20 minutes or until it thickens to your liking.
  4. Sprinkle ground cinnamon to serve (optional) It can be served cold or hot.
