- Corn for hominy500 g
- Milk1 l
- Condensed milk1.1/2 can(s)
- coconut milk1 can(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick4 unit(s)
- Cloves to taste
- Grated Coconut to taste
- Soak the hominy the night before (10 to 12 hours)
- Place the hominy with the sauce water in a pressure cooker. Add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and 2 liters of water and let it cook under pressure for 20 to 30 minutes.
- After the pressure comes off, add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut. Leave on low heat for another 20 minutes or until it thickens to your liking.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon to serve (optional) It can be served cold or hot.
