- Sugar300 ml
- Milk200 ml
- White Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Oil (I used sunflower oil)50 ml
- Wheat flour (sifted)400 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix the milk with the vinegar. Reserve.
- In a bowl, place the eggs and vanilla and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the sugar, oil and the milk and vinegar mixture. Hit it well.
- Add the flour and yeast. Mix well. Place in greased form or in small individual forms.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
