- Instant coffee to taste
- Preparation of the dough: start by crushing the cookies until they form a fine crumb and mix with the butter and cinnamon.
- Grease a refractory, put the dough
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
- Let cool to assemble the pie.
- Stuffing: In the mixer add the dulce de leche with 1 box of cream and beat until smooth.
- Cut the bananas into slices of about 1 cm
- Assembly: dough, dulce de leche, banana, whipped cream
- Powdered cinnamon and instant coffee to taste
