  • Dough: unsalted butter (chilled in cubes)200 g
  • A pinch of salt to taste
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Egg yolk1 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Filling: Dulce de leche700 g
  • Ripe banana (chopped to taste)7 unit(s)
  • whipped cream200 ml
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Mix the chilled butter, salt, sugar and egg yolk
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour, mix (squeezing with your fingertips) until you form a homogeneous mass.
  3. Line the dough in the bottom and sides in a way with a removable bottom, pierce the dough with the help of a fork
  4. Take the fridge for about 1 hour, after that, take it straight to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until it is lightly golden. Let it cool and book
  5. Put a part of the dulce de leche, the banana, the rest of the dulce de leche, the whipped cream on the base of the pie and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. And be very happy!
