- Wheat flour200 g
- unsalted butter100 g
- Icing sugar200 g
- Dulce de leche800 g
- Dwarf Banana6 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Cream/Fresh cream500 g
- Crystal sugar to taste

- Salt to taste
- For the dough, mix the wheat flour with the salt and half the icing sugar. Add the cold unsalted butter in cubes and incorporate into the dough quickly with your fingertips, add the egg and finish the dough process quickly. Leave to rest in the fridge.
- After the dough rests, open it with a roll between two plastic sheets or on the counter with a little flour, put it in a round shape and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on your oven) until golden, don't forget to cover the dough first with parchment paper and some weight (beans, rice, etc).
- After baking, let it rest until it cools down. Add the dulce de leche, the bananas cut into slices. Mix the granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the bananas.
- Beat the cream or fresh cream with the other half of the icing sugar until reaching the Chantilly point, after that decorate the pie to taste and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to get it cold. Enjoy!
