BANOFFEE BANANA PIE

Misture o biscoito triturado (tipo farinha, bem fininho) com a margarina culinária, com a ponta dos dedos, até formar uma massa lisa. Forre o fundo de uma forma de abrir (fundo falso), e asse por apenas 10 minutos, em forno preaquecido a 180°C. Retire. Deixe a massa esfriar.

Mix the crushed biscuit (flour type, very thin) with the cooking margarine, with your fingertips, until you form a smooth dough. Forre the bottom of a form to open (false bottom), and bake for only 10 minutes, in oven preheated to 180°C. Remove. Let the dough cool.

Coloque o doce de leite sobre a massa já fria. Alise para ficar plano.

Place the dulce de leche over the cooled dough. Flatten to flat.

Pique as bananas em rodelas, e distribua-as sobre o doce de leite.

Cut the bananas into slices, and distribute them over the dulce de leche.

Coloque a nata por cima (se preferir, pode batê-la para deixar em ponto de chantilly), e faça pitangas.

Put the cream on top (if you prefer, you can beat it to make it whipped), and make pitangas.

Pegue uma peneira pequena, e espalhe a canela por cima passando-a pela peneira, para que pulverize melhor por toda a torta.

Take a small sieve, and spread the cinnamon over the top passing it through the sieve, so that it sprays better all over the pie.

Deixe na geladeira por 3 horas antes de desenformar.

Leave in the fridge for 3 hours before unmolding.
