  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Whipped cream1 unit(s)
  • Milk Powder3 tablespoon
  • Banana4 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  1. Grind the cornstarch cookies in a food processor or blender.
  2. Place in a bowl and add butter (or margarine). Mix with your fingertips, forming a crumb that can stick.
  3. Line a mold with this cookie mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the bananas into slices and whip the whipped cream. When the whipped cream is almost done, add the powdered milk and beat for 1 more minutes. He stands firm.
  5. Remove the form from the oven and let it cool. Spread the dulce de leche, place the banana slices and sprinkle cinnamon.
  6. Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate.
