  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Very Ripe Silver Banana6 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream (box of whipping cream)1 can(s)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Put the condensed milk to cook for about 25 minutes in the pressure cooker. After cooking, let it cool.
  2. Grind the cookies little by little in the blender until you get a very fine crumb.
  3. Melt the butter or margarine in the microwave or in a water bath.
  4. Mix the melted butter in the biscuit crumbs, incorporating it all, until it becomes a dough.
  5. Line the bottom of a form with the cookie dough and butter. If you have a better removable bottom shape, but it's not essential, you can use whatever you have.
  6. Add the dulce de leche (cooked condensed milk) over the cookie dough.
  7. Cut the bananas into slices or lengthwise and place them on top of the dulce de leche. Do not peel and cut them first, as they may turn black.
  8. I add the whipped cream over the bananas. If you have a pastry bag, you can use it to decorate as you prefer.
  9. Garnish with bananas and sprinkled cinnamon.
