- Maizena Biscuit350 g
- Melted butter200 g
- Bananas6 unit(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Whipped cream200 ml
- Cocoa powder to taste
- Crush the cookies and add the melted butter. Place in a removable rim shape, model on the bottom and sides. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees
- For the Dulce de Leche: Remove the label from the condensed milk package, scrape off the glue, put it in the pressure cooker and cover it with water. Bring to a boil, after the pan starts to sizzle, count 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release normally. Only open the cans when they have completely cooled down.
- Remove the pie base from the oven and add the cooled Dulce de Leche.
- Cut the bananas in half or in slices and arrange on top of the cream.
- Whip the whipped cream in the mixer until peak points. Put it on top of the pie. Decorate to your liking. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon powder. Put it in the fridge until it freezes and it's ready.
