  • Cold margarine180 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Cold water45 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Bananas3 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream200 ml
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Mix in a bowl the flour, margarine, egg, salt, water until it becomes a smooth dough (do not knead) let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge
  2. Cook the condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes, then wait to cool completely before opening.
  3. Remove the dough from the fridge and bake in a preheated oven until golden. Wait for it to cool down and start assembling.
  4. Put the dulce de leche (cooked condensed milk) in contact with the dough already baked, cut the bananas into slices and fill the center of the pie, then add another layer of dulce de leche covering the bananas and then beat the whipped cream on point. beak and decorate as you wish
  5. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the whipped cream, it's delicious
