- Butter100 g
- Dulce de leche50 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Dark Chocolate80 g

- Water250 ml
- For the dough: In a bowl, crush the cornstarch biscuit, add the melted butter and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix until you get a crumb. In the pie pan, build a base with the cookie dough.
- For the filling: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, turn off the heat and add the cream. Cut the bananas into thin slices.
- For the marshmallow: In the low fire, put the rest of the water and the sugar to boil until the syrup point. Let it cool and beat with a mixer or mixer until it becomes white with a snowy texture.
- For assembly: In the form already with the biscuit base add the chocolate cream, the dulce de leche, the bananas and to finish the marshmallow.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours and serve. This dough does not need to go in the oven.
