- With a food processor or blender, crush the three packages of cookies, like a crumb
- In a bowl, mix the farofa with the butter.
- Distribute the dough in a removable background form, squeezing it well in the form, so it doesn't crumble.
- Mix the dulce de leche well with a box of cream and pour over the dough you put in the mold.
- Distribute the sliced bananas over the dulce de leche.
- Whip the whipped cream according to the package instructions and place it on top of the bananas and finish by sprinkling powdered cinnamon or chocolate powder.
- Let it chill for two hours before serving.
