- peanut butter to taste
- dark chocolate to taste
- grated coconut to taste
- Peel and cut your bananas into circles. Place them on a sheet of parchment paper on a plate/tray. Place a teaspoon of peanut butter between the slices. Then place them in the freezer for at least half an hour. Melt some dark chocolate in the microwave, dip them in and cover with the grated coconut. Put it back on the plate and take it to the freezer for another half hour at least.
