  1. In a pan, heat the sugar until it turns caramel color. At this point add the water and let all the sugar melt. After the sugar is all melted, add the bananas and keep stirring until golden brown.
  2. We will make a brigadeiro, to the point of soft brigadeiro. At this point, add the cream. And stir until creamy again. Let the 2 candies cool. When the banana jam and brigadeiro are cold, we go to the last preparation.
  3. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff, then add the lemon drops and the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat until stiff peaks. Let's assemble... On a platter, place the banana jam, then the brigadeiro and finally the sigh. Bake until browned, +- 10min Let it cool, take it to the fridge, for +-2 hours. Serve cold.
