- Recipe
- Banana (very ripe and frozen)5 unit(s)
- Milk (can use coconut milk and soy milk)4 tablespoon
- Place the frozen banana in a blender (or food processor) and blend on pulse mode (or on medium speed if your blender can handle it).
- If necessary, add a little milk, stop the blender and mix. Turn it on until it's creamy.
- Place the ice cream on a platter and leave it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Served with homemade chocolate syrup: 50g of melted chocolate + 4 tablespoons of water.
- Just mix well until smooth.
- Decorated with cocoa nibs.
