- Sugar180 g
- Sanitize and separate all ingredients and utensils.
- Add all ingredients to the blender except sugar and water.
- Beat for 3 min
- For the syrup, add the sugar in a pan and when it boils add warm water, when you finish preparing the syrup, grease the mold and let it cool.
- As soon as the syrup cools, add the pudding and bake in a bain-marie for 50 minutes or until the pudding is firm.
