In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, vanilla essence. Let it rest.
Syrup preparation:
In a wide-bottomed pan, place the sugar as soon as it melts completely, add the boiling water all at once. Stir until it turns into a syrup.
Pour the syrup in a greased shape with oil, arrange the bananas cut into slices and pour the dough.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180° in a bain-marie for 1:30h.
After letting it freeze for 4 hours in the fridge and then you can serve!
