Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1 can(s)
  • Large banana | 3 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence | 1 teaspoon
  • Syrup: sugar | 2 cup
  • Syrup: boiling water | 1/2 cup

Recipe

  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, vanilla essence. Let it rest.
  2. Syrup preparation: In a wide-bottomed pan, place the sugar as soon as it melts completely, add the boiling water all at once. Stir until it turns into a syrup.
  3. Pour the syrup in a greased shape with oil, arrange the bananas cut into slices and pour the dough.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180° in a bain-marie for 1:30h.
  5. After letting it freeze for 4 hours in the fridge and then you can serve!
