- Banana4 unit(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Milk400 ml
- Condensed milk100 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- In a pan, bring the sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, preferably use a long-handled shovel to stir. Always on low heat so the sugar doesn't burn and get bitter.
- With the sugar completely melted add the boiling water carefully, as it splashes and bubbles, stir to dissolve the clods.
- Leave the syrup in the fire still on low heat for another ¾ minutes or until the syrup is slightly thick and set aside in the form of pudding.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and the mashed bananas with a wire whisk.
- In the pudding mold with the syrup, pour the beaten mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place the pudding mold inside the pressure cooker and put water in the pressure cooker, cover the pot and place on medium heat. Leave the pan 15 minutes after getting pressure.
- Turn off the heat and as soon as the pressure comes out, open the pot and carefully remove the pudding. Place in the fridge until cool and unmold.
