- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon

- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Mashed banana2 unit(s)
- Skimmed milk1/2 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Mix rice flour, oatmeal and cocoa powder.
- Beat the eggs and add with the flour.
- Add the milk, mashed banana and sugar and mix well.
- Finally, add the baking powder.
- Bake each pancake individually in a nonstick skillet.
- Separate a banana to chop and place it on the pancakes along with the cinnamon powder.
