Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas (dwarf) |  to taste
  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast | 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon | 1 dessert spoon
  • Egg | 2 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 2 tablespoon
  • Butter | 50 g
  • Milk | 1 cup

Recipe

  1. Mix the flour, the cup of sugar, the cinnamon and the yeast, and set it aside (this is the dough)
  2. Melt the butter without letting it boil
  3. Beat the eggs, add the milk, the sugar spoons and the melted butter. Reserve. (This is the cover)
  4. Chop the bananas lengthwise, each banana 2 cuts. (The banana will be chopped into 3 parts)
  5. Grease the form with butter, spread a layer of dough on the bottom, evenly.
  6. Top with the chopped bananas
  7. Cover with another part of the dough, another layer of banana, and the last layer of dough.
  8. Cover with the egg mixture (the topping), poke the entire surface so the liquid penetrates all the layers.
  9. Place in medium oven for 50 minutes. (Put a wider pan at the bottom, if the liquid leaks, it won't fall into the oven)
