Eggs4 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Milk1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon

Separate the whites and yolks and beat the whites until stiff and set aside.
Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and oil until well blended.
Then add the wheat flour and milk mix well and add the yeast and the snow white.
Place 2 cups of sugar in a mold and let it melt then place the sliced bananas.
Place the dough on top of the syrup and banana.
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees, test with a knife to see if it is already baked, as soon as you take it out of the oven, leave it for about 3 minutes and unmold. It will come out perfect.
