- refined sugar to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Soybean oil to taste
- Stuff the pastry doughs with the banana, close and set aside.
- On a plate mix the sugar with the cinnamon and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the pastries and then dip them in the sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
