- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Banana2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Mix the sugar with the butter. Add the eggs and stir
- Add the flour, baking powder and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Pour over the form of 20 cm. The dough doesn't rise much. Place the sliced bananas on top of the dough. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°
