  • Wheat flour1/2 kg
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Banana4 unit(s)
  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Dough - in a large bowl add wheat, sugar, margarine, eggs and milk
  2. Mix everything with your hands until smooth.
  3. Add the yeast and salt, mix and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In a greased shape, assemble the dough on the base and sides
  5. With the dough strips decorate the edges and separate more strips to finish
  6. Stuffing - bring to a low fire condensed milk, cream and Maizena
  7. Mix everything in the pan until it turns into a cream.
  8. Cut the bananas into slices and add to the ready-made cream and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, mix everything together
  9. Put just the pie dough for 15 minutes in the oven
  10. Remove the dough from the oven and add the stuffing and decorate with the strips on top, and leave for 1 hour baking in the oven on medium heat.
