Butter100 g
Refined sugar200 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
Brown sugar50 g
Mashed banana240 g
Wheat flour300 g
Salt4 g
Yeast1 tablespoon
Dark chocolate200 g

Take the sugar to a pan until it melts completely, chop the bananas 1cm high and place in the bottom of a pan, pour the caramel on top and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the sugars with the butter until doubled in volume, add the eggs and beat until pale. Then add the mashed banana, flour, salt and mix until homogenized.
Add the yeast, and the chopped chocolate, pour the batter over the banana and caramel and place in the oven for 35 min. Let cool to unmold.
