- Washed and sanitized banana4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Hot water1/2 cup
- Pinch salt1 to taste
- Oil1/2 cup
- First make the syrup with 1 cup of sugar and water, already in the form you will bake; Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Place on top of the syrup and set aside;
- In the blender, beat the eggs with 1 pinch of salt, add the banana peels, oil, sugar and oats and beat a little more until smooth;
- In a bowl place the flour and baking powder and mix, add the liquid from the blender and mix well;
- Place in the mold over the syrup with the sliced bananas and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
