Ingredients
- egg whites | 4 unit(s)
- Refined sugar | 16 tablespoon
- Corn starch | 2 tablespoon
- White Vinegar | 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence | 1 coffee spoon
Recipe
- Put in the mixer: the whites and the sugar, beat slowly until it gets very firm at the sigh point
- Turn off the mixer and add: cornstarch, vinegar and vanilla, stir gently
- Grease a baking sheet with margarine, place parchment paper, with the help of 2 spoons make mounds of approximately 8 cm and take it to a preheated oven at 150ºC to 180ºC until brown. Do not open the oven, check through the glass. Once ready, let it cool in the oven.
- To finish: pastry cream, diced bananas, garnache and chocolate shavings
