  • Banana cockatiel1 unit(s)
  • Honey2 tablespoon
  • Oat bran3 tablespoon
  • Chia1 dessert spoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Sugar-free peanut butter2 tablespoon
  • Semisweet Chocolate to taste
  • Cream or cream to taste
  • Coconut oil to taste
  1. Peel the banana and love well, book.
  2. In a container beat the eggs, add the oat bran, honey, chia and peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Add the mashed banana and incorporate the dough.
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan and prepare the pancakes (divide the amount of batter into 4 equal units), bake on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
  5. For the chocolate filling, melt the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir in the cream or heavy cream.
  6. Mount the plate interspersing the pancakes with the melted chocolate and finish watering with honey.
