- Sugar-free peanut butter2 tablespoon
- Semisweet Chocolate to taste
- Cream or cream to taste
- Coconut oil to taste
- Peel the banana and love well, book.
- In a container beat the eggs, add the oat bran, honey, chia and peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the mashed banana and incorporate the dough.
- Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan and prepare the pancakes (divide the amount of batter into 4 equal units), bake on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
- For the chocolate filling, melt the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir in the cream or heavy cream.
- Mount the plate interspersing the pancakes with the melted chocolate and finish watering with honey.
