Egg4 unit(s)
Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
Whole milk1 cup
Oil or coconut oil1/2 cup
Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira1/2 cup
Demerara sugar1 cup
Oat bran2 cup
Oat flakes1/2 cup
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Banana slices to garnish to taste

Place the eggs, bananas, oil, milk, Flores de Aroeira Organic honey and sugar in the blender and beat well for about 3 minutes
In a bowl put the oat flakes and the oat bran and add the mixture beaten in the blender, stir well until smooth, finally add the baking powder and mix gently
Grease cupcake molds or place paper to bake cupcakes in the molds
Put the dough in the cupcake molds and fill them up to a little more than half and decorate with banana slices to taste (optional)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Expect to cool down completely and unmold, ready 🤤
