Silver Banana

Descasque as bananas e corte-as em rodelas. Reserve.

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Reserve.

Corte o limão ao meio e esprema o sumo. Reserve. 

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. Reserve.

Em uma panela, coloque o açúcar para derreter junto com o sumo do limão, o cravo e a canela. 

In a pan, put the sugar to melt along with the lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon.

Deixe ferver até que a banana fique com a cor caramelo igual a da foto. 

Let it boil until the banana is the same caramel color as in the photo.

Desligue o fogo e armazene o doce em um pote de vidro esterelizado com tampa. 

Turn off the heat and store the candy in a sterilized glass jar with a lid.
