  • Silver Banana | 6 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar | 100 g
  • Lemon | 1 unit(s)
  • Cloves | 6 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon stick | 1 unit(s)


  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Reserve.
  2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, put the sugar to melt along with the lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon.
  4. Add the slices to the syrup.
  5. Let it boil until the banana is the same caramel color as in the photo.
  6. Turn off the heat and store the candy in a sterilized glass jar with a lid.
