- In a blender, beat the eggs, coconut oil, bananas and plums well. Reserve
- In a bowl, add the oatmeal and add all the mixture beaten in the blender, with the help of a fouet, stir well until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Add the dough in a greased form with coconut oil, add on top to decorate, the raisins, the banana slices, the coarsely chopped chocolate, the chopped Brazil nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry
