- Raisins50 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Mash the bananas. Add the oats, chia, raisins and lightly beaten eggs. Finally, add the yeast and mix lightly. Pour into greased pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180°C.
