1 1/2 cup sugar

Em uma panela coloque o açúcar e leve ao fogo mexendo sempre até caramelizar. Acrescente a água quente e mexa até dissolver o açúcar.

Adicione as bananas, arrume-as e deixe cozinhar por 7 minutos. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.

Em outra panela, coloque o leite condensado, as gemas peneiradas e misture. Adicione o leite, o amido de milho, o creme de leite, o açúcar de baunilha e leve ao fogo mexendo sempre até ferver e engrossar. Deixe esfriar.

Em uma tigela coloque o chantilly, o leite em pó e bata até atingir a consistência de picos firmes.

Adicione o creme já frio ao chantilly e bata até ficar homogêneo.

Em uma marinex coloque o creme de chantilly, por cima coloque as bananas caramelizadas e leve à geladeira por 3 horas ou até que esteja completamente gelado. Sirva-se.
