- 1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
- Bananas7 unit(s)
- 1 cup of hot water200 ml
- 3 cups of milk600 ml
- Sifted egg yolks2 unit(s)
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
- 1 cup sour cream200 g
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch45 g
- 3 cups of ice cream whipped cream600 ml
- 1 cup powdered milk90 g
- Put the sugar in a pan and bring to the fire, stirring constantly until caramelized. Add the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the bananas, arrange them and let them cook for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In another pan, place the condensed milk, the sieved yolks and mix. Add the milk, cornstarch, heavy cream, vanilla sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Let cool.
- In a bowl place the whipped cream, powdered milk and beat until it reaches the consistency of firm peaks.
- Add the cooled cream to the whipped cream and beat until smooth.
- In a marinex, place the whipped cream, place the caramelized bananas on top and refrigerate for 3 hours or until completely chilled. Help yourself.
