- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Farofa1 to taste
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Banana (ripe)2 unit(s)
- Mix the cup of flour, 5 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of margarine and knead by hand, making a crumb, set aside
- In a bowl add the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, mix everything.
- After adding the eggs, margarine and milk.. form a homogeneous mass
- Put this dough in a greased and floured shape, spread it well and put the bananas in pieces on top and after adding the farofa
- Cooks in the oven for about 45 min
