  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Farofa1 to taste
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Banana (ripe)2 unit(s)
  1. Mix the cup of flour, 5 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of margarine and knead by hand, making a crumb, set aside
  2. In a bowl add the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, mix everything.
  3. After adding the eggs, margarine and milk.. form a homogeneous mass
  4. Put this dough in a greased and floured shape, spread it well and put the bananas in pieces on top and after adding the farofa
  5. Cooks in the oven for about 45 min
