  • Wheat flour (sifted)2 cup
  • Sugar (sifted)11/2 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Banana for stuffing (cut in half)7 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder with sugar1 cup
  1. Beat the eggs, oil, milk, sugar and vanilla essence in a blender.
  2. In a bowl, place the wheat flour, baking powder and add the beaten mixture from the blender. Mix with the aid of a fouet
  3. Place half of the dough on a greased tray sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Put the bananas and the rest of the dough
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon with sugar
  7. Ready!
